Anonymous asked: I can look up all my chars but the mage and warlock which gives me 500 saying unable to obtain information. I also couldn't look up a char from another server. I can look up some chars but not all like I use too. My question is why is this happening and can something to be done to fix it?
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. The problem is that the data source that Blizzard requires developers to use for detailed item information has not been updated to include some (all?) of the items from the patch 4.3 heroics.
This has been a problem for some time, but Blizzard hasn’t given any response.
Please complain to them.
